What an exceptional day we had yesterday with lots of great families bringing their Mum’s out to celebrate.
In our eyes though Mum’s are hero’s everyday xx

So Becky is off to aid in Honduras and help teach, care and love!

Help her raise money towards her journey of aid!

What a great evening was had by all last night raising funds for local girl Becky Black who is the granddaughter of Carla Philips a local legend and one of our lovely team.

Becky is off to Honduras in the Summer to provide aid and teach English and the process is a highly accredited so just shows Becky’s special attributes were exactly what they are looking for.

Our chef’s created an amazing South American Dinner of Baleada with Pollock, Prawns, Cheese and Peas followed by Poache de Leche and then Sopa Marinara with Rice and to finish an amazing Chocolate Dessert with Pineapple Salsa and Mollases!

Guests spent well on the Raffle that Becky organised from very generous local Businesses and with a surprise Auction that will see two of our team host a Dinner Party at their own home.

Becky raised a grand total of £845.00 which is incredible and we look forward to linking you to her blog to see her amazing adventures and journey later in the year.

What a great day we all had here by kick starting the day with a charity Breakfast for the local Twinning Committee and a what a great turnout with 38 locals attending the feast of a breakfast using Arthur Howell’ s famous Sausages etc. We are very chuffed to say £190 was raised after we donated half of the takings.

Into the evening what a great night with lots of couples out celebrating their love for each other….the bubbles, oysters were flowing!

What an amazing start February is and thank you to all our loyal and wonderful guests who have been in to see us in this new year already!
