The Homestead is located in a quiet corner of The Buttlands, just a short 
walk from the centre of Wells next-the-Sea, 
boasting a great range of Gastro Pubs, Restaurants, Cafes, Wine bars,
 Boutique Shops and a Award Winning Beach.

4 BEDROOMS OVER 3 FLOORS

• Ground Floor: 1 double bedroom

• First Floor: 2 rooms, 1 king-sized bedroom & 1 twin room

• Attic / Top Floor: A spacious family room that includes four single beds. 
  There is also a television,
   video recorder & selection of (mainly children’s) videos

TWO BATHROOMS

• Located on the ground floor & first floor.

• Ground Floor Bathroom is a walk in Shower with a Bluetooth Mirror and
   shaver connector inside.

• Upstairs Bathroom is a Step in Bath with an overhead shower.

KITCHEN

• Large Fridge-freezer, Built in Oven/ Microwave, Electric cooker/hob, cooking utensils, crockery, 
  glassware & cutlery for at least 10 people.

• Coffee Maker

• Air Fryer

• Slow Cooker

•  Dishwasher

• A combined washing machine & tumble dryer is located next to the shower room and 
  there is a line in the garden to dry your clothes also.

Parking - Plenty of free parking around the Buttlands,  
but gets very busy during peak periods.

You can buy a parking ticket for multiple days at the council car park on
 Steadman's Yard just 10 minutes walk away.
